every identified exception to the pre-defined personnel for necessary actions at their end.
Enhanced Data Streaming with Yolo3 : We are using state of the art solution using Yolo3
technology for data marking for validations
User Controls : An intuitive user controls that help users monitor and manage the exceptions as per exception patterns. Only registered users can access this application as per their credentials and Role.
Never Lose any Frame for validation : The major features of this application to cover Live
feeds from all 30+ CCTV cameras installed across plant location and verify with its state-of-the-art server farm hosted with high performance graphics card (GPU) for immediate validation and verifications of image frames. In case of frame meets the criteria of any listed exceptions, system will automatically be copied last 20 second video and forward to the all concerned users for necessary actions. Dashboard reporting will also help users to analyse the saved exceptions on demand
Works Everywhere : This application software currently installed at Hindalco Industries Limited, Belur Data Centre with limited accessibility to its identified Users. The said application is designed to access the exceptions from everywhere, across offices subject to the availability of the user access rights. Within Plant area, if mobile device using internal Wi-Fi network, then all android or iOS based smart phone can also access the said browser-based application
Audio Alerts : The application system will have additional features line Audio alert to the person breaking the compliance policies within Plant/ office area. In this scenario, we will deploy a smart device along with powered speaker next to every IP camera. On every exception at that particular camera location a pre-recorded audio message will be played almost immediately as a part of the safety awareness.
Dashboard Reporting : This will provide dashboard reporting option for both individual department and Administrators responsible for companies Safety compliance.
3rd party tool Integration * Application will be integrated with Email Server and SMS Gateway. It can be integrated with WhatsApp business applications as well subject availability of valid user subscriptions.
